These are true to size. I took some measurements, pit to pit:
Small: 22” (stretches to 24”)
Medium: 23” (stretches to 26”)
Large: 23.5” (stretches to 26.5”)
XL: 25” (stretches to 28”)
2X: Sorry I have not had one in hand to measure. But I imagine it’s 1-2” bigger than XL :)
